Dr. Huck is a passionate dentist dedicated to serving the patients of Eastern Colorado, Western Kansas, and beyond. By always staying abreast of the latest dental technologies and procedures, Dr. Huck and his staff strive to provide all their patients with the most advanced, personalized dental care available.

In order to meet the high standards of care we are passionate about delivering, in 2019 we relocated our practice in downtown Burlington into a fully customized space equipped with the most current cutting-edge technology available in dentistry. Our new space was designed with efficiency and the comfort of our patients in mind. In addition to providing preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, we have the ability to offer single-visit crowns, implants (single tooth restoration and implant retained dentures), Diode Laser treatment, endodontic therapy, orthodontic treatment, nightguards, snoreguards, palate expanders, and more.

We provide preventive and restorative services for patients of ALL ages!

Implant Restoration (Single Tooth)

Dental Implants are made from surgical grade titanium and in most cases offer a permanent replacement solution for one or more missing teeth.

Dentures / Implant Retained Dentures

We can provide the opportunity to have a new smile with full or partial dentures. We also offer implant retained dentures for the most secure-fitting dentures.

Conscious Sedation

Sedation dentistry allows you to put your dental fears and anxiety at ease. We also offer Happy Gas for children's dental procedures to ensure maximum comfort during dental procedures.

Root Canal Treatment

Endodontic therapy saves a severely injured, cracked, or decayed tooth when its nerve becomes inflamed or infected. If not treated promptly, pain, tooth abscess, and possible tooth loss can occur.

Single-Visit Crowns, Bridges, & Veneers

With our advanced CEREC technology, we can replace large amounts of lost tooth structure on individual teeth and/or missing teeth with a custom replacement in a single-visit appointment. These custom replacements are made on-site and shade matched to provide a natural appearance. This process can be completed start to finish in a single day in most cases. This means you'll leave our office with the finished final product.

Emergency Dentistry

We treat a variety of traumatic dental injuries. Please call our office immediately if you have experienced a dental emergency.

Tooth Extractions/Oral Surgery

We perform a variety of tooth extractions, including wisdom teeth. Oral surgery may be required for a variety of reasons. We are able to provide this care with the option of sedation dentistry.

Periodontal Disease/Gum Disease

Gum disease is a bacterial infection of the gums and tissues that support your teeth. It is caused most often by the build-up of plaque and tartar when teeth are not routinely brushed or flossed. Periodontal Disease is linked to many other health issues and can be significantly detrimental to ones health if not properly addressed. Scaling and root planing (deep cleaning)

Nightguards & Snoreguards

If you have trouble getting restful sleep due to snoring and/or teeth grinding, we can help! We can create custom appliances to alleviate symptoms related to these issues.

Teeth Whitening

Enhance the brightness of your smile with our in-office bleaching treatment. You also receive take-home trays and additional product to maintain the brightness of your smile with this service.

General Dentistry Services

Routine dental screenings and exams, x-rays, dental cleanings, and bonding and fillings are part of some of the most common procedures performed on a daily basis in our office. Routine exams & cleanings include a detailed teeth cleaning, in which the teeth are cleaned, polished, and rinsed to remove any tartar and plaque that has built up on the tooth's surface. Tooth colored fillings repair and restore the surface of a tooth that has been damaged by decay, fracture, or wear.
